Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage settlement operations for international logistics business, control accounts receivable and payable, and handle related accounting entries in the ERP system.
  2. Issue timely reconciliation statements for clients/suppliers, ensure clear accounts, and prepare relevant reports.
  3. Follow up and process various payment and receipt transactions.
  4. Calculate commissions for various service revenues (e.g., agency procurement, collection and payment, customs brokerage).
  5. Complete all company fund payments on time and maintain accurate records.
  6. Issue various types of invoices as needed.
  7. Handle tax declarations and export tax rebates.
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

  1. Intermediate or above accounting qualification (exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates with junior qualifications).
  2. Solid accounting professional knowledge with the ability to independently handle financial-related tasks.
  3. Proficient in using various spreadsheet tools.
  4. Familiarity with ERP software such as Kingdee, Yongyou, SAP, or other integrated financial systems.
  5. Strong initiative and learning ability.
  6. Experience in the logistics industry or fluency in spoken English is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize company-provided resources and self-development to contact clients via phone, arrange visits, conduct business negotiations, and promote cooperation.
  2. Develop the market for enterprise clients in the foreign trade industry, maintain relationships with existing clients, and encourage contract renewals.
  3. Effectively identify client needs, pinpoint their pain points, provide suitable solutions, and strive to close deals.
  4. Fully achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, continuously enhancing personal performance.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably with enterprise client resources, internet industry, or CRM/ERP/WMS system sales experience.
  2. Associate degree or higher, proactive, with strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
  3. Ability to independently develop client resources and conduct business negotiations.
  4. Passionate about sales roles and enthusiastic about sales work.
  5. Respectful of responsibilities and committed to achieving targets.
  6. Excellent spoken English, capable of fluent communication with foreign clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Complete a series of logistics operations such as booking, arranging trucking, and customs clearance according to railway/road transportation plans and client requirements.
  2. Maintain good communication with clients, transport fleets, customs brokers, and shipping company personnel to ensure smooth shipment dispatch.
  3. Coordinate with clients and the business department to ensure the smooth execution of all business operations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proactive, responsible, and diligent work attitude.
  2. Strong service awareness, ability to handle work pressure, and adept at managing various unexpected issues.
  3. At least one year of freight operation experience preferred, familiar with operational processes, and able to actively maintain client relationships.
  4. Understanding of logistics railway and road pricing calculations and accurate client quotations.
  5. Proficiency in English is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Unloading goods upon arrival, verifying quantities against lists, and filling out arrival documents.
  2. Measuring dimensions and weighing items.
  3. Printing and affixing shipping labels.
  4. Shelving goods as required.
  5. During shipment, responsible for retrieving goods from designated storage locations according to order instructions and preparing them for loading.
  6. Maintain 6S standards in other warehouse areas.

Job Requirements:

  • Age between 22-30 years old.
  • Previous warehouse experience (preferably in foreign trade or international logistics) is preferred.
